Taking into consideration the prayer and the fact that the petitioner is stated to be a villager and the point raised by learned AGP regarding locus, we direct the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- to show his bonafides. The amount be deposited within a period of one month from today.

If the amount is deposited then list the matter for further consideration on 25.03.2026.

In case of failure on the part of the petitioner to deposit the said amount, the petition would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.
