Learned Advocate Ms. S. M. Patil h/f Mr. B. B. Kulkarni, for respondent no.1 submits that the certificate has been issued by the respondent no.1 to the petitioner. Learned Advocate for the petitioner also confirms this fact. Copy of the said certificate is placed on record and it is marked as Exhibit-X.

In view of the observations made by this Court in order dated 11.03.2026, the said certificate Exhibit-X has been issued. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would submit the said certificate to respondent no.3.

Under such circumstances, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the respondent no.3 to take decision after the petitioner places the certificate Exhibit-X before the University tomorrow. 4.

Such decision be taken within a period of three weeks from today.
