Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Kadam, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the order of eviction has been passed in breach of the requirements under Section 4 of the Bombay Government Premises Eviction Act, 1955. The Petitioner has already been dispossessed. However, by an order dated 1 SWAROOP SHARAD PHADKE January 2025, the learned District Judge has directed the parties to maintain by SWAROOP SHARAD PHADKE Date: 2025.02.07 19:08:24 +0530 status quo.

An arguable question is raised.

Issue notice for final disposal to the Respondents, returnable on 26 February 2025.

Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1. 6.
