In this petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners today seeks short adjournment on the ground that he has been engaged recently.

On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent submits that an interim order has been operating against the respondent since 10.02.2025 and in that light, this Court may not adjourn the hearing of the present petition. 3.
It is further pointed out that Writ Petition No.599 of 2025 listed today at Sr. No.27 arises out of the same order and in that proceeding also, an interim order is operating. 4.
This Court is of the opinion that since both the petitions arise from the same impugned order, it would be appropriate that the by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

In that light, list this petition along with Writ Petition No.599 of 2025, for further consideration together on 19.06.2025, High on Board.
