Today, respondent No.19, who is the concerned Authority, is personally present before the Court. He submits that he desires to withdraw the communications and orders issued by the Authority dated 23rd December 2024, 24th December 2024, 27th December 2024, and 30th December 2024. He prays that permission be granted to formally withdraw these impugned orders and communications.

Considering the statement made by respondent No.19 and as there is no objection on record, permission as prayed for is granted. Accordingly, the communications and orders dated 23rd December 2024, 24th December 2024, 27th December 2024, and 30th December 2024, stand withdrawn by the Authority. As a result, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

However, it is clarified that this order shall not preclude the Authority from taking appropriate steps in future, if permissible under law. If the relevant statute or applicable legal provisions allow the Authority to initiate fresh proceedings or action on the same subject matter, such liberty is kept open. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
