The petitioner had made the representation to the District Registrar, Class I, Collector of Stamps, Nashik i.e. respondent no. 3. Learned AGP on instructions submits that appropriate authority to decide the representation dated 02/08/2022 which is at page 33 of the writ petition, is the Inspector General of Registration and Collector of Stamps i.e. respondent no.5.

Learned AGP on instructions submits that the representation will be forwarded to respondent no. 5 within 2 weeks from today.
