It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the Fees Regulating Authority in its 68th Meeting held on 9th August 2017 had determined the amount of reasonable fees to be charged at the petitioner no.2-Institution for academic year 2017-18 at Rs.53,000/-. This continued for a couple of years. However for the academic year 2024-25, the respondent no.1 has reduced the said amount of fees to Rs.22,500/-. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 27th February 2025. Mr. Mihir Govilkar, learned counsel waives notice for respondent no.1. Ms. Ashwini Purav, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent nos.2 and 3.
