1] We have heard the learned counsel for the parties for sometime. According to the learned counsel for the respondent no.1 for want of requisite documents, the Fee Fixation Committee in its meetings held on 23/10/2024 and 22/11/2024 determined the fees for Academic Year 2024-25 at 50% of the Ad-hoc fee of Rs 45,000/-. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the communication dated 24/08/2024 was submitted on its behalf to the Fee Fixation Committee (page 79 of the writ petition) while seeking determination of fees for current academic year.
