The learned AGP, upon instructions from Mr. Rangnath Bajira Kumatkar, Circle Officer, Nagapur, Tq. Parali, Dist. Beed, places on record copies of five mutation entries, which are taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' collectively. Copies of the same are given to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that though by these orders, it appears that the name of the third person who had no concern with the land has been deleted; yet the name of the petitioner has not been mutated for which the revision was filed and observations have been made.

In these circumstances, we direct the learned AGP to direct respondent No. 5 to remain present on the next date. 5.
