Dated : October 04, 2025 PER COURT :- 1.
Civil Application No. 9631/2025 is filed by the petitioners/applicants contending therein that the salary of the employees of Higher Secondary School namely Adarsh High School and Junior College, Kusumbe, Tq. and Dist. Dhule has not been released from the period June 2025 to September 2025. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that Diwali is approaching and that salary of the employees are to be released. The learned counsel submits that the salary is not released as there is dispute between the two managements of the institution and both the managements are contending that they are having control over the institution and as such, the salary bills could not be forwarded by the Head Master of the concerned school. 2.

Dhule to sign only once the salary bills of all the employees of the aforesaid institution qua the period from June 2025 to September 2025 and forward the same to the Education Officer. The Education Officer to accept the salary bills and
