It appears that, interim protection is already granted in favour of the petitioner. Further, this Court, by order dated 20/3/2025, in Writ Petition No.3833/2025, has already continued the interim protection in view of the decision in the case of Hexaware Technologies Ltd. Vs. Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax : (2024) 464 ITR 430, till the decision of the matter pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court. As such, interim protection already granted to the petitioner in the present case is continued till the decision of the issue pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court.
