ORDER :

At the outset, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has sought to correct the middle name of the Petitioner in the cause title by replacing the middle name from "Balu" to "Babu". This amendment shall be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought for 1/3
quashing and setting aside the rejection recorded in Grievance No.MHKND/E/2025/05043 and all consequential communications refusing to link PF Account KO/MAL/6039/4882 with KD/MAL/ 98450/494. Further, direction sought for correcting the Petitioner's name and link the pension accounts by merge entire service period 1992-2007 with 2007 - 2021, revise the IDS Sheet and direct the Respondent to release the Pension from the date of joining in service i.e. 1992 dues with interest. There is an alternate prayer sought viz. prayer Clause (d) which is for direction to Respondent No.1 to expeditiously decide the Review Application dated 27th March, 2025 filed by the Petitioner within a time bound period as this Court may deem fit.

The Respondents have been served by digital service as well as physically vide notice dated 18th February, 2026 which has been acknowledged. The Advocates for the Petitioner shall file their Affidavit of Service in the course of today.

Considering that the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has pressed for the aforementioned alternate prayer and that the Petitioner has filed their Review Application dated 27th 2/3
March, 2025, we direct the Respondent to consider and decide the Review Application dated 27th March, 2025 along with supporting documents within a period of six weeks from today. We have not expressed any opinion on the merit of the matter. 5.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
