Not on board. Taken on board.

2.

Admittedly, the appeal filed by the Petitioners has already been heard by the AGRC; however, orders thereon have been awaited for a considerable period of time. In the meantime, the Petitioners have been issued a notice by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority dated 21st January 2026. We, therefore, direct the AGRC to pass appropriate orders on the Petitioners' appeal within a period of three weeks from today.

Subject to the orders that may be passed by the AGRC on the Petitioners' appeal, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners' structure.
