We are informed by learned Counsel for the petitioners that during the pendency of the present proceedings a final order has been passed by respondent No.3, which would now be required to be challenged by the

petitioners. Learned Counsel for the petitioners accordingly prays that the petitioners be permitted to withdraw these petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions challenging the final order.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we accept the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners. The petitions are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for to challenge the final orders passed by respondent No.3. All contentions in that regard are expressly kept open.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the contentions and merely to enable the petitioners to take recourse to further proceedings, we direct that for a period of fifteen days from today, no coercive action be taken against the structures of the petitioners. 5.

Disposed of. No costs.
