Mr. Shanay Shah, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner after arguing the matter for some time, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. However, he only states that although the learned Appellate Court has directed the learned Trial Court to dispose of the Injunction Application Exhibit-10 expeditiously, the Petitioner also intends to file Application seeking ad-interim relief. 2.

Accordingly, the Petitioner is granted liberty even to file Application seeking ad-interim relief. However, the Petitioner shall give notice of at least 10 days to the Respondent before moving the Sonali

914-WP-1734-2025.DOC matter for ad-interim relief. If such Application seeking ad-interim relief is filed, the learned Trial Court is requested to decide the same expeditiously.

Mr. Dhakephalkar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondent-Defendant states that the Defendant has no intention of creating any third party interest or giving the premises on leave and license basis. However, he states that the Respondent will run his business of Art Gallery. The said statements made by the learned Senior Counsel on the instructions of the Respondent are accepted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of, subject to above.
