Ms. Anchan, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner-Corporation would submit that parties have decided to amicably resolve the disputes under which the PetitionerCorporation has agreed to bear interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the amount of gratuity payable to the Respondent. Respondent, who is personally present before the Court expresses willingness for payment of interest at lesser rate of 6% per annum on the amount of gratuity. Accordingly Consent Terms are tendered, which are signed by the authorized signatories for the Petitioner-Corporation as well as by the Respondent. I have personally interacted with the Respondent, who is present before the Court and who expresses willingness to accept interest at the rate of 6% per annum on amount of katkam Page No.
