It appears that the recovery certificates for amounts of Rs. 4,71,745/- and Rs. 1,02,500/-, both issued on 18 October 2012, have not been executed till date by the Tahsildar, Haveli Tahsil, Pune, and the Tahsildar, Thane.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the concerned Tahsildars have assured that appropriate steps for recovery of the said amounts shall be completed within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court on behalf of both the Tehsildars/ respondent Nos. 4 and 5. 3.

If a compliance affidavit, along with proof of credit of the said amounts into the petitioner's account, is not filed by the next date, the Collector, Thane, and the Collector, Pune, shall remain personally present before this Court on 8 June 2026.
