Accordingly, we direct the respondent No.5 - The Medical Superintendent of Sir J.J. Medical College and Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, to constitute a Board, as it mandated in law, to examine the petitioner and assess her disability for visual impairment, Locomotion Disability as well as hearing impairment and submit its report to this Court. The said report to be submitted in the Court within four weeks from today.

Stand over to 18th September, 2025. To be placed on the Supplementary Board.
