Mr. Dube, learned Counsel for the Petitioner as also Mr Bhabhda, learned Counsel for the Respondents submitted that the disputes between the parties have been settled and the consent terms have been drawn up covering disputes pending before various forums between the parties. 2.

I have perused a copy of the executed consent terms, which the parties have filed in D.V. proceedings initiated by the Respondent-wife in case No. 6800213/DV/2022 now numbered as Criminal M.A. No. 19 of 2024. 3.

Further on perusal of the consent terms which have been handed over and taken on record and marked 'X' for identification, it is seen that particularly clause 9 of the consent terms entered into between the parties, it has been recorded that in light of the fact that nothing survives in the D.V. case, further proceedings in Criminal Writ Petition No. 406 and 407 of 2023 and Civil Writ Petition No. 1781 of 2025 (present Petition) would not survive and the Petition should be Laxmi

38 WP 1781-25.DOC disposed of in view of the consent terms dated 3rd August 2025 executed between parties.

It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Counsel for the Respondent that in view of the aforesaid consent terms nothing survives in the present Petition and the same has become infructuous. The Petitioner therefore seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition. In view thereof, the Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. No costs. (AARTI SATHE, J.) Laxmi
