Mr. Shriram Kulkarni, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that it was represented to the Petitioner that the dispute between the parties would be settled and therefore, on 15th April 2025 and 28th April 2025 dates were taken for settlement of the dispute.

Mr. Shriram Kulkarni, learned Counsel states that till date, no proposal has been received from the Respondent No.1. He states that instead of that, Police officials from Agripada Police Station, Mumbai are calling the officials of the Petitioner and in Dusane

2 WP 1783.25.DOC fact representative of the Petitioner and Respondent No.1 were present in the Police Station on 5th May 2025. He states that the Police are insisting that the Petitioner should handover possession of the suit premises to Respondent No.1. He states that therefore there is threat to the possession of the Petitioner. 3.

Mr. Girish Godbole, learned Senior Counsel for Respondent No.1 fairly states that it is admitted position that the Petitioner is in possession of the suit premises. He seeks time to take instructions.

Accordingly, stand over to 19th June 2025. In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d). (MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.) Dusane
