The Petitioner submits that he has tried to join at the place of transfer, however, there is no vacancy. The Petitioner apprehends Nikita

37-wp-1785-2025.odt termination from service. He is an approved teacher and also has a Shalarth I.D. It is contended that the Petitioner has not received any salary till today in the last 12 years. The Petitioner is also a farmer. 5.

In the event, the Petitioner has not joined, he would not be entitled to claim salary. If he has attempted to join and there is no vacancy, in the interregnum, we permit him to approach the Education Officer, who will ensure that he is posted at a place, where there is a vacancy. This is on the request of the Petitioner. 6.

All office objections, if any, shall be removed on or before 26th February, 2025, failing which, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court, on 27th February, 2025.
