Despite order dated 10/02/2025 calling upon the Respondents to file Affidavit in Reply, no Affidavit is filed. 2.

The learned AGP seeks further time to file Affidavit in Reply. 3.

We expect the Affidavit in Reply to be positively filed within a period of four weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner assures that so far as office objection is concerned, the same will be removed and a copy of the same will be supplied to the office in the course of this week for issuing notice to Respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5.

After the copies are supplied, issue notice to Respondent Nos.3 to 5, in terms of order dated 10/02/2025, which is now made returnable on 16/04/2025.
