In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the following directions :
(a) The concerned authority would consider the proposal on its own merits, preferably within a period of 90 days from today. (b) A scrutiny of the proposal shall be made within 15 days form today and if the authority finds any deficiencies in the proposal, a notice of hearing would be issued to the Management listing out the deficiencies and calling upon the Management to remove the deficiencies and submit a revised proposal within 30 days.
(c) Thereafter, the revised proposal would be considered on its own merits, keeping in view the judgment of this Court delivered in Sagar Dattatray Chorghe (supra) dated 11th September, 2025, within the outer limit of 90 days from today. (HITEN S.VENEGAVKAR, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) Sonali Mane
