Prima facie it appears that respondent Nos.4 to 6 filed revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 ("said Act") challenging an order appointing an inquiry officer under Section 83 of the said Act. Such order not being decision or order under Section 154 of the said Act, revision itself was not maintainable. In such revision, the revisional authority could not have granted interim relief. 2.

Hence, until further orders there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d).

Issue notice to the respondent Nos.4 to 7, returnable on 26th March 2025.
