The only prayer pressed by the petitioners in this writ petition is for expeditious consideration of an application made for having their names entered in the Revenue Records. Attention is invited to a communication dated 8th April 2024 issued by the Office of the Collector, Nashik to the Tahsildar, Sinnar stating therein that such consideration of the petitioners' request be undertaken and the petitioners be communicated the same. 2.

Accordingly, the respondent no.4 is directed to take further steps in accordance with the communication dated 8th April 2024 (page 43 of the writ petition) within a period of three months of receiving copy of this order.
