The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 31st October ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL 2025 passed by the Judge, City Civil Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai, in ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.02.17 10:59:18 +0530 Notice of Motion No. 2263 of 2025, whereby a prayer for grant of temporary injunction to restrain the Respondents-Defendants from causing obstruction to the possession of the Plaintiff's over the subject property has been rejected.

The impugned order is appealable.

The Petition stands disposed with liberty to the Petitioner to file an Appeal against Order.
