Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 opposes the request on the part of the Petitioners for deposit of the entire loan amount as referred to in the undertaking of 2nd May 2025 as the same is not within the time stipulated. Since the Petitioners are handing over one pay order of Rs.1,50,000/- and one demand draft of Rs.7,17,000/- which covers the housing loan and part of car loan to the learned PMB

502.wp.1829-2025.doc counsel for Respondent No.1, we are inclined to extend the time. The pay order and demand draft is handed over to the learned counsel for Respondent No.1. So far as interest on the delayed payment is concerned, the Respondent No.1 to inform the Petitioners. This aspect of payment of interest, which the Petitioners are willing to pay reasonable interest for the delayed payment, will be considered on the next occasion.
