Our attention is invited to paragraph no. 6 of the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the Tahsildar, Igatpuri, District - Nashik. In paragraph no. 6 it has been stated that on 27/02/2025 the submissions of the Petitioner have been heard. However, as the Writ Petition was filed, further proceedings have not been conducted.

In view of the aforesaid, the Tahsildar shall consider the aforesaid matter and pass an order within a period of one week from today. The Petitioner to appear before the Tahsildar on 12/03/2025. The Petitioner is at liberty to place additional documents before the Tahsildar. 3.

List the matter under the caption "For Directions" on 18/03/2025. 4.
