This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing and setting aside of the order dated 29th August, 2024 passed by the Appellate Authority in Appeal (PGA) No.1 of 2023 and the order dated 9th November, 2022 passed by the Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act in application (PGA) No.19 of 2020.

During the pendency of this matter, the Petitioner and the Respondent have amicably settled the dispute. The parties have jointly filed Consent Terms, duly signed by them, on record. They are marked Exhibit - 'X' for identification purpose. 3.

Yesterday, the parties were present in the Court and they have confirmed the contents of the Consent Terms. The parties were identified by their respective advocates.
