Learned Advocate for the petitioner invited my attention to the account extract produced before the Authority under Section 101, which indicates the dues in the account extract produced by the society is Rs.24,51,647/-. However, in the account extract produced below Exhibit-H the amount as on 31st December is shown as Rs.23,56,609/-.
