: AMIT BORKAR, J.

DATED : FEBRUARY 12, 2025 P.C.:

1.

The challenge in this writ petition is to an order of remand passed by the revisional authority in a proceeding arising out of Section 32 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

The revisional authority has remanded the proceedings for decision afresh on the ground that the respondents therein were not granted proper opportunity of hearing. Since the order of the revisional authorities does not restrict the scope of remand nor does it adjudicate rights of the parties on merit, no legal prejudice is caused to the petitioner.

3.

The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed. No costs. 4.

It is made clear that all contentions of the parties are kept open to be agitated before the authorities.
