The learned APP to take instructions as to whether the extension could be granted to Respondent No.6, as that would be, prima facie in our view, in the interest of the project. 2.

It is necessary to consider that views of the Gram Panchayat has to be taken into consideration and the procedure has to be followed before the land belonging to the State Government which the Gram Panchayat claims to have been allotted to them could be fully utilized for the project. 3.

Affidavit is permitted to file in the office by Monday. 4.

At the request of the learned AGP, list the matter on 24th March, 2026.
