1) After hearing the arguments, the Petition was allowed and closed for passing reasoned orders. However, on going through the papers minutely it transpired that, the Judgment relied upon by the Petitioner does not apply to Section 13(B)(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, but its applicability is restricted to Section 13(B)(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 2) Therefore, the matter needs to be listed for further consideration and arguments by the Petitioner. The order dated 16.07.2025 is recalled, matter to be listed before the regular Court.
