The challenge in this Writ Petition is to the Order dated 21st October 2024 passed by the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 227 of 2024 on the ground that said Petition was not maintainable. 2.

Mr. Borhade, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to file appropriate Petition in the Family Court.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. with liberty to file appropriate Petition before the appropriate Court.
