We have suo motu listed this matter today for an inadvertent mistake which has crept into the order dated 10th February, 2025 in the form of paragraph No.3. 2.

In the order, we have directed the parties to complete the pleadings within a period of 90 days. The Petition has been admitted and the interim relief is refused. Hence, paragraph No.3 is apparently entered inadvertently.

In view of the above, paragraph No.3 stands deleted from the order dated 10th February, 2025. The subsequent

Trupti 904-wp-1888-2025.odt paragraphs from serial Nos. 4 to 12 shall be renumbered as 3 to 11. So also, in the appearance clause, the name of the learned Advocate "Mr.S.C.Naidu" is inadvertently typed as "Mr.C.K.Naidu". The said correction also be carried out.
