The learned Additional G.P. has taken instructions from Respondent No.3 and he is requested to make a statement on instructions that Respondent No.3 would ensure that the Revenue Recovery Certificate (RRC), which is actually undated and the order is dated 22nd September, 2022, would be executed and the amount would be deposited before the Commissioner for Employee's Compensation, 4th Labour Court, Thane in Recovery Application (WCA) No.167/G-14/2013 in Application (WCA) No.27/B-7/2007. The said statement is recorded and we preempt Respondent No.3 as well as Respondent No.2, that if the statement is not complied with, it would amount to disobedience of the directions of this Court.

The learned Registrar Judicial of this Court is called upon to intimate the learned President of Industrial and Labour Courts, Maharashtra, to direct all the Industrial and Labour Courts to ensure that a date is typed on the Revenue Recovery Certificates, since the certificate in this Petition before us is undated and we have referred to the date of the passing of the order by the Commissioner for Employee's Compensation, 4th Labour Court, Thane. 4.

In view of the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
