CORAM : ALOK ARADHE, CJ & BHARATI DANGRE, J DATED : 12th FEBRUARY, 2025 P.C:- In this Writ Petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of certiorari to quash and set aside the impugned rejection dated 22/1/2025 and to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner against the impugned rejection.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited attention of this Court to communication dated 7/2/2025 by which the petitioner has been apprised that since the petitioner has not submitted "APPENDIX-IB", letter comprising the Tilak

It is further submitted that the petitioner has submitted the aforesaid APPENDIX-1B. In view of the aforesaid assertion, learned counsel for the respondent prays for short accommodation to enable him to ascertain this fact and if necessary, to produce the bid submitted for our perusal.
