Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Rule. With consent of learned counsel for the parties, Rule is made returnable forthwith and heard finally. 3.

In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks writ of Certiorari thereby quashing and setting aside the impugned rejection letter dated 22nd January 2025, by which the technical bid of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner has not submitted "APPENDIX IB" comprising the financial bid.

This Court, by an order dated 12th February 2025 had required the learned counsel for the respondent to ascertain the aforesaid fact and to file affidavit.

In compliance of the aforesaid order, learned counsel for the respondent has produced the technical bid document for perusal of this court, which evidentially do not contain "APPENDIX IB" and for this reason, the technical bid of the petitioner has not been found to be responsive. 6.

In view of the aforesaid, we do not find any ground to entertain the writ petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed. 7.

Rule is discharged.
