The petition impugns order dated 05.03.2025 passed below Exhibit-32 in HMP No.179/2022 pending before Civil Judge Senior Division, Ambajogai, Dist. Beed, whereby petitioner's application seeking maintenance from respondent/wife is rejected. 2.
The respondent/wife filed HMP No.179/2022 before Civil Judge Senior Division, Ambajogai, Dist. Beed seeking decree of dissolution of marriage under Sections 13(1)(i) and 13(1)(i-a) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The petitioner filed application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act seeking interim maintenance from respondent/wife. He contends that he is daily wager, whereas respondent/wife is employed as teacher in school and getting salary of Rs.80,000/- per month. Therefore, he is entitled for interim maintenance.

The Trial Court after considering rival contentions observed that petitioner is well built person. He contracted second marriage
(2) 35-wp-1921-2026.odt with one Kavita Gorakhnath Jogi and he has son out of said relationship.
The Trial Court has also observed that respondent/wife is getting net salary of Rs.46,087/- after deduction. Apart from that, she is required to pay home loan installment of Rs.23,016/-. Therefore, she would have only Rs.23,071/- for her own maintenance and maintenance of her mother. 4.
Looking to observations made by Trial Court, there appears no reason to interfere in impugned order in Writ jurisdiction of this Court.

In result, Writ Petition stands dismissed.
