The Petitioner is aggrieved by an order passed by the trial Court in Misc. Application No.975 of 2023 whereby the request of the Petitioner/Applicant in MA No.975 of 2023 to take the matter on board for adinterim relief came to be rejected. 3.

The Petitioner informs the Court that the said application is listed before the trial Court on 20 February 2025.

The Petition stands disposed with a request to the Trial Court to hear MA No.975 of 2023 on 20 February 2025.

It is clarified, the said application be heard and decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
