Present petition has been filed for following relief : "(B) By issuing appropriate writ, order, direction or any other order in nature of writ, Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct respondent No.4 to approve the transfer proposals dated 21.12.2023 of petitioners working with respondent No.6 as per Rule 41(A) of Maharashtra Employees of Private School Rules." Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and submits that proposal is pending before respondent No.4, however, in view of Government Notification dated 13.11.2025 such proposals are now required

922_WP_1961_2026 to be decided by Commissioner of Education, Pune. She submits that said proposal can be decided within a period of six weeks. We dispose of the writ petition. Though the Commissioner of Education, Pune is not party, he should call the papers from respondent No.4 within a period of one week, if the papers have not yet reached and then proceed to decide the same within a period of six weeks thereafter.
