It appears that, the Petitioner was serving at Sinnar, District - Nashik and order terminating his services has been issued by Respondent No.3 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nashik and, therefore, we are of the opinion that the Petition would lie before the Principal Seat. Hence, we transfer the matter to the Principal Seat. Registry to take up further procedure.
