C. :- 1) It is an admitted fact on record that, the election process of Respondent No.3 - Society is already completed on 14th December, 2025. 2) In view thereof, Petitioner is having remedy to challenge the election of the newly elected committee members by adopting necessary procedure as contemplated under the provisions of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 3) According to us, therefore Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off by reserving the aforesaid liberty in favour of the Petitioner.
