It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that consequent upon dismissal of Writ Petition No.14475 of 2023 on 26/04/2024 at the Aurangabad Bench, the Petitioner sought admission on the seat that was occupied by the Respondent No.6. Request in that regard was made on 17/05/2024 to the Respondent Nos.1 & 2. There has been no response to the same.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 25/02/2025. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 5 & 7. The Respondent No.6 be served through speed post with acknowledgment.
