1] We have heard the learned counsel for the parties for sometime. It is seen from the record that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in Writ Petition No.12833 of 2024 on 29/11/2024 requiring the petitioners to take steps to obtain the final fire NOC from the competent authority by 31/12/2024, an inspection of the hospital was undertaken on 25/12/2024. On 26/12/2024, the Divisional Fire Officer, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation issued a communication to the petitioners requiring them to take steps and remove the named deficiencies to enable issuance of the final fire NOC. 2 911 wp-2003-25 .doc According to the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners, insofar as item no.2 in the said communication is concerned steps are underway to comply with the same. He submits that insofar as other shortcomings are concerned, the same had been complied with. 2] Leave granted to implead the Divisional Fire Officer, MIDC Hinjewadi, Pune as respondent no.3. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Thereafter, issue notice to the said respondent making it returnable on 21/02/2025. In the meanwhile, the Fire Officer shall inspect the hospital building and file an affidavit indicating whether necessary compliance of item nos. 1 and 3 to 6 has been done by the petitioners.
