The above Writ Petition has been placed on board today seeking amendments. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner has tendered a draft amendment to the Writ Petition. These amendments are necessitated because after the filing of the above Writ Petition challenging the Show Cause Notice, an order has also been passed on the said Show Cause Notice. Considering the aforesaid facts, and the fact that this is a preadmission amendment, we do not see any impediment in allowing the Petitioner to amend the Writ Petition.

In these circumstances, the draft amendments tendered to the Court are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Petitioner is permitted to carry out the amendments as per the draft handed in. The amendments shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Writ Petition shall be served on all the Respondents immediately thereafter.

The Respondents are at liberty to file their Affidavit in Reply to the above Writ Petition within a period of two weeks from the date of service of the amended Writ Petition on the respective Respondents. 5.
