Since the Revisional Authority is not yet functional and considering the charges levelled against the Petitioner, it is necessary in the interest of justice that the impugned order needs to be stayed till the Revisional Authority starts functioning.

Hence, until further orders the impugned order dated 23rd January 2025 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, shall remain stayed. However, it shall be open for the Respondents to move this court as soon as revisional authority starts functioning.
