This Court on 27 February 2025 granted interim relief in the petitioner's favour in view of the fact that the revisional authority was not available. However, now it is informed that the revisional authority is available and has started functioning. The revisional authority is, therefore, directed to decide the revision application of the petitioner and the society within three months from today. 2.

For period of three months and for period of two weeks in case the order passed by the revisional authority is adverse to the petitioner, the effect of order dated 23 January 2025 passed by the

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 4.

It is made clear that the revisional authority shall decide the revision application on its own merits uninfluenced by the observations made in the present order.
