Failure to file rectification report under Section 80(2) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 has led the authority under the Act to initiate action under Section 80(2) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

Since the challenge to an order under Section 77A and 82(4) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 is pending before the Revisional Authority which has heard the parties and has reserved the final order, the petitioners have made out the case for grant of ad-interim relief.

Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer
