In this writ petition, the petitioners, inter alia, seek a direction to respondents 4 and 5 to conduct elections of the managing committee of M/s. Jarandeshwar Co-operative Sugar Factory Ltd., of which the petitioners are shareholders. In the alternative, the petitioners seek a direction to respondents 3 to 4 to decide the representation made by the petitioners dated 30th August 2024.
